CAMLICA KULTUR VE YARDIM VAKFI
(CAMLICA CULTURE AND CHARITY FOUNDATION)

Camlıca Culture and Charity Foundation was established in 1986 by Asım ULKER for the purpose of offering educational, health and social aid services.

Since its establishment, requests received from people, establishments and institutions in need, are examined and evaluated by authorized committee experts in various fields. The evaluations are then submitted to the approval of a board of administrators, who take the necessary action.

Since its foundation, thousands of student scholarships and extra educational aid as well as health, food and social assistance has been provided to people in need.

Asim Ülker Multi-Programmed High School", "Zehra Ülker Primary School" and "Sakire Hanım Educational Technical School" are establishments that have been constructed completely by the foundation and transferred to the Ministry of National Education for the sole purpose of education.

The "İslam Bey Nursing Home" and "Alibeyköy Hospital" were placed in the health care services for the Ministry of Health and Eyup Municipality. Two mosques and a course on the Koran in the name of Asim Ülker were transferred to the Direction of Religious Affairs.

The foundation has been honored many times by the General Directorate of Foundations, the Prime Ministry and the President of Turkey due to services rendered.

In order to increase the Foundation's services, revenues obtained from commercial activities and shareholds in different companies, are used according to the Foundation's needs.
